When to enter play school, and I am assuming you are referring to daycare here, generally, the majority of daycares take children from infancy on up to, I think at least 6th grade.

As for the 2nd part of your question, I'm sorry I don't quite understand. Are you asking how much the mother pays for daycare? If so, depends alot on which daycare and city you are in. When my son was in daycare, it cost me $120/week. It's been a while ago, too, so prices may have gone up. The only thing you can do would be to check out a few of them in your area. All daycares are required to be licensed by the state they are operating in, too.

there is no fixed age , it varies wid the child. however between 2 to 2 and a half is considered the most appropriate because the child has mostly learnt to feed himself, can talk in bits and convey his needs , is little toilet trained and has overcome separation anxiety to a certain extent

well do u want to home-school him/her? if it's a boy and loves sport's start about 7th grade. a girl i don't know? if they really want to meet friends them send them to school.
