I'm not Christian, so I guess I am just here for points, as I don't qualify to answer the question, really.
I've had Ezekial 4:9 bread, and I like it. I am not partial to it, but I would eat it without hesitation.
4:9 Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof, [according] to the number of the days that thou shalt lie upon thy side, three hundred and ninety days shalt thou eat thereof.

carole,
I've had it, but it was not in the freezer section. Probably a different brand?
I thought it was a little too coarse, but would make a great hot ham and grilled cheese sandwich.
I didn't eat it to feel 'holy'. That would be funny to me. I was curious.

Ezekiel 25:17
"The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee. "

I'm not a Christian, but I do enjoy Ezekiel bread. I used to buy it on a regular basis, my favorite is the sesame bread.

Never heard of it but I have seen other "christian recipe" foods sold in christian bookstores most are "local" products made by the local organic farmers so this "ezekiel bread" of yours is probably just another "local" variant

Yes, and I make my own as well. I like it with goat cheese or peanut butter or real butter. It is quite "heavy" but it is very cleansing to the body.

It's supposed to be good for you, but it looks like it could give a person diarrhea. Kind of looks like it too come to think of it...
