Pretty much anything you would use ground beef for. But it can be drier, so if you with meatballs or a meatloaf, you'll want to add more moisture, either with liquid seasonings or veggies. Or you could mix it with ground beef or pork and have a lower fat dish. Have fun experimenting! Pay attention when you are buying, tho'. Some ground turkey is white and dark meat mixed, some is all white. The white is more expensive and much drier and less flavorful. Still usable, but you may need to make some adjustment.

We don't eat much red meat in our house. I've been buying ground turkey for years. Any recipe that calls for ground beef you can use ground turkey and it tastes just the same. I use it for tacos, sloppy joes, spaghetti, meatloaf, burgers, casseroles, anything really. Hope this helps.

Fried rice with ground turkey.Make a "meat" loaf substituting turkey for beef. Turkey burgers. Fried rice with turkey instead of sausage. Deasonsome with sausage spices and have it for brekfast or lunch. Turkey insted of beef in spaghetti and meatballs. You can substitute ground turkey for other meat in any recipe that calls for ground meat. I do it all the time.

Have you tried mixing the ground turkey with taco mix or salsa? It is really good. I cook a lot with ground turkey as a substitute for ground beef, no one at my house noticed until recently they haven't complained so far.

turkey burgers, meatballs, meat loaf, tacos, chili - pretty mcuh anything you can do with ground beef you can substiute the ground turkey for. i don't particularly care for the ground turkey taste, so i usually add more spices and seasonings when i'm cooking with it to disguise the flavor.
