One of the mill bearing (outer ring) were found broken, and it's remedied by rotating damage portion (outer ring) and placing on the top were the load is less. mill details are as follows, continuous drum mill designed for wet grinding ceramic mixes, length 10.5Meters,diameter 2.9meter,main motor power 2 units of 250KW,working capacity 60000Liters,RPM 13,drum weight40000kg, grinding media weight.

its not appropriate to reuse broken materials. Either get better materials or double the current bearing rings up.

check the placement and alignment of the apparatus

Well, this can buy you some time on the mill, but you risk damaging the shaft that the mill attaches to. The only way to really fix the problem is to replace the damaged bearing. Don't they have spare parts?
