I feel your pain. I've had asthma for 14 years now and have seen several doctors. The truth is, there is no known cure for asthma at the moment. But the symptoms can be prevented. It really depends on what causes your brother's asthma. Mine is usually dust and hot weather. But I think the universal method is using the control inhaler.

I cured my Asthma the natural way?

That is not true. Only foods that you are alergic to could affect your asthma. I myself is a Chinese who had asthma for like 8 years for now and still am. Well the fact is to avoid food that really affects you directly. I'm not capable to have cold food most of the time, other than that I'm able to have anything.

My mother is extremely asthmatic and has to be careful with what types of chinese food she eats. It all relys on the MSG. Most places do not use it anymore except for the little "mom and pop" places. A few chains are actually aware of this (I have to ask when we order) and they usually tell me that they do not cook with it. If you are very suseptible to getting attacks then you might have a few problems. As for me, I too am asthmatic and have to rely solely on "no MSG" places.

I have asthma and i have never heard that one. I eat Chinese often and nothing has ever happened. If you have something to help your asthma, eat a little and see what happens.
