I have been to Catering College and it was told that Chinese food was the healthiest ever and most Chinese people live to a good old age, have decent hearts and are never overweight. Have never heard of it being bad for Asthma

My brother is an asthmatic and after ten years his asthma has shown no sign of improving. He has been to several doctors but they didn't help much.

If you want a proven, all-natural way to cure your asthma, without having to pay for useless medications with harmful side-effects, then this is the most important page you'll ever read.

I never heard of staying away from any particular type of cuisine, only that dairy would stimulate mucus production so maybe cut down on that. However, Chinese food is mostly free of dairy, so maybe if you concentrate on ordering the healthier versions of Chinese dishes (steamed vs. saturated in grease, vegetables and fish instead of deep fried chicken or pork, etc.) you should be fine.
