The tech support guy from Dish network today who was rude and ended up three way calling another customer on my phone call and then loosing the call all together and now we don't have sat. until a technician can get here next Tuesday! Not happy and if I were to be face to face with him..I smack him pretty darn hard. Little poopy head!

Nice...you had to ask this, right now... I thought about your question Two perfectly good answers came to me ...then the right answer came to me if your all following me then you know what I mean...Because, as adults we are supposed to handle things accordingly...We should not direct our anger towards whom might be asking for our attention in a negative manner, therefore, we should take a deep breathe, as we quietly ponder, or mull the satiisfaction of releasing our anger physically and visually getting a good look of the picture in your mind of just how satisfying it might have been to carry out that act of anger...I will add when Breathing , Breathe in on the word calm and breathe out on down...it does help... Now loose the thought all together, realize NOONE should have the power or capability for any of us to loose control to the degree of wanting to physically hurt them... I know my answer might not have been what you were looking for, but I honestly hope you think about it. I want to thank you for asking the question at the time you did...things happen for a reason... Thanks again... :)..as I take a deep Breath and breathe out on down...lol
