1. Wake up relatively early (around 7:00 - 7:30)
2. Eat 4 or 5 meals spread throughout the day
3. Exercise (either go for a jog or lift)
4. Have a good social lilfe
5. Get a good night's sleep

1) Stick to 1800-2000 daily Cals, fast -or eat scant-like one day / week. Mag. & multimin with IODINE, seaweeds. (Yuk, uh ?)

2) Cold shower, summer or not.

3) 50% Vegs fruits, 30% lean prot like fish, occasional lean meats, 20% good fats from seeds, avocados, ground flax.

4) Never fill-up at table. Bad career move! Beer bellies are not forever.

5) Swim or run (like a madman) on alt. days.

I: 1. wake up & get out of bed 2. Shower & dress 3. eat breakfast of egg whites & 1/2 fruit 4. Take morning meds, check blood sugar Change batteries in insulin pump change tubing if needed.
5. Take a walk 6 get to dialysis on time.
And most important of all time visit and love my family!
I could go in and on with this but I am still going to die young. (well young as in I don't get to grow old.)

I drink plenty of water
I make sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep
I try not to get stressed out
I run/walk 2 miles and then do stretching exercises
I eat balanced meals (with the occasional indulgence)

As usual of my 5 small meal a day,good workout,work happily at workplace,smile and laugh a lot...have a good social circle and have fun always..and also add a little bit of stress to boost u up...as sometime a bit of stress will help u...cheers..
