they even have bots trying to sell **** and make money in the game rooms

That is one of the reasons kids should be monitored online, there are many more reasons. Chat rooms are just as bad. The one I chat is can be worse than any **** site..yet there are always kids in there. Most of the adults in the room feel as though kids have no place in the room, so they'll say what they wish. Parents need to monitor there kids, so many parents don't. So knowing that, who's to blame..The parents or the ppl who are talking about whatever and know that kids are in the room?

All children should be monitored when they are online and in chat rooms. Not only are there pornographic content in the rooms but there are also child predators in there.

Wow. I have *never* seen that.
Kids get fascinated, though. Put up filters that block words, teach your kids how you think about this issue, and place the computer where you can watch them.
