I don't understand. I got WMP10 and it will play dvd's fine. I don't know what to tell you. Maybe it's your computer's ability. One computer I got plays them with a Celeron processor, but it might take 25 minutes for it to start on WMP10, Real Player, Nero, etc. My other computer has AMD64 processor, and plays anything alsmost instantly. Don't know but, you need to ask more specifically, or study and learn what your "players" dvd or cd "drivers" are capable of doing. Some DVD's or video formats won't play on my AMD64 either. Maybe it's your disc?
