In a case like this you are going to have to earn her trust back. Start hanging out and showing her a good time again like you used to.
If you blew her off, don't do it again and arrive early. It shows her you want to see her and care

It depends on what type of mistake it is. If you cheated, then you first need to work on your comittment problems and cheating ways, and then work your way back into her heart by first being her friend and not pushing anything. If you cheated on her I can gurantee it will take a long time for her to get that out of her heart. She will be bitter and hurt. But next time think with the bigger head than the smaller head. No piece of a** is worth love. Love doesn't come to often but a piece of a** comes very often just like a bus. I hope you used protection. AIDS is AWRY.

That would really depend on the mistake... if you made a mistake on your taxes, then explain, if you made a mistake in dialing the phone tell her, if you made a mistake and cheated then that is no mistake, and you should not get her back...
