whta is the story of the "first eve",the story i heard was that adam and another women not from adams rib were together and the women was unlike adam,and made god mad and he sent her to the deepest part of his oceans....does anyone with knowlege heard of this,i saw it on a dicovery channel program....

Its in ancient Hebrew writings, her name was Lilith, and she was made from a bone in Adam's head, so she was above him, and refused to obey Adam, so God banished her from Eden with all her children. That is where the people came from who married Adam's children.

Ok I am willing to tackle this with you. I am not against you I meant that together we will find the truth. The discovery channel has come up with some pretty weird stuff. Please go back to the bible and read at least the first few chapters of Genesis. Don't get lost in some stuff on the discovery channel. In 6 days God created the heaven and earth Genesis 1:1 the seventh or sabath day he rested. During the 6 days He created man. He even told man to name all the fishes and birds and all animals Adam did. There was not a mate for Adam. God took one of Adams ribs after He caused Adam to sleep and made woman a helpmeet. A wife ok. Now how could Adam have a woman when God had to create him one. See what I mean. Also they were naked and knew no sin until the serpent had tempted Eve. So if Adam did have another woman first then he would already knew what sin was and God would have probably put both of them out of the garden. Then Genesis would not have been written the way it was and the whole story would have changed. There for the bible would be false and God's word has never changed and never will just remember that ok. that way you don't get confused.

Yeah, the Discovery channel says it...it MUST be true. The Bible is just paper.
I've heard a dozen stories about the creation storry in the bible, all analyzed to show fault, improbability, it a fairy tale for a simple minded people years ago, it's a fact which can be recorded on a timelime as 2033.37 years ago today. Etc, Etc.
The real fact is that it cannot be proven, it is unknown. Right now it is a story of faith. To my faith I believe this essentially happened.

yep Lillith, just look her up, the first human made was lilith, and she wouldnt do what god said so he banished her and made adam and eve, Lilith is an old Jewish story i think, its all fairy tales anyway

P.Cynitha...i see where you are coming from...i too believe that to be the truth....but to say GOD's word never changes....the changes that man has made are the reasons we are devided in religion today...so by that his words are changed
