Hi.
You should apply some oil in your hair ends some 2 hours before making your shampoo. You should apply make sure to use a good conditioner. This will prevent your hair from becoming dry. You should also avoid using all type of products in your hair as they sometimes result in side effects. Hope you find a solution as soon as possible.

This REALLY works. You should have a straightening iron to use with it though. I use a CHI iron cause they are the BEST! Expensive but so worth it. Go get some "Ego Boost" by Bed Head. Follow directions. As you are smoothing it over you hair...go kinda slower over the ends. The ends will actually seal together and you will not be able to see a split end anywhere..that is if you do it right. Section your hair as you are straightening it and make sure you have covered all the ends with the product or it wont work. Honestly, I use it on my clients that don't want all their ends cut off at once. BUT...you are going to have to at least get a haircut every 4-6 weeks, to begin to get rid of them.

Sorry, but if your ends are already split you need to at least snip them. The thing with split ends is that they either split higher or break. I have a solution that may help you in the future, after snipping the ends, begin a good conditioning routine. First, get a wide tooth comb that you can keep in the shower, shampoo and then apply conditioner, comb thru and pile on top of your head until just before getting out of shower, then rinse, do this daily.(To deep condition at home, shampoo, towel dry, apply conditioner heavy, comb thru with a wide tooth comb, wrap head with a hot wet towel, leave up for 10 minutes, rinse).
Deep condition every 3 days until you see a change in the dryness of your hair and after that deep condition at least once a week for a month, then deep condition once a month.
Always use a pick when hair is wet, starting at ends work your way up to the scalp to comb out.Divide hair into sections, smaller sections less tangles.
Avoid excessive heat to help prevent dry hair. If you blow dry, flat iron, curling iron, or hot roll everyday you may want to try scrunching while drying every other day and avoid other heat styling methods,( at least until your hair is in better shape).
Hope this helps.

First condition your hair to help heal it. I've been very happy with the Sunsilk hair products and I believe they have one for split ends. Also, when I had a real problem with split ends, I would trim off the bottom inch of an individual hair that had a split end. That way you aren't just cutting all your hair, but stop the split end problem from getting worse.

They are split and you cannot repair the fibers permanently. The best you can do is use a smoothing pomade on the ends to tame the frizz they will cause and add shine. I would also suggest using a deep conditioner at least once a week, not to brush it while it's wet, and to leave in a little of your conditioner when showering instead of rinsing it all out. You can try to improve the appearance of damaged hair, but in the end, it's still damaged.

As a cosmetology school graduate, I can honestly tell you that the only way to fix split ends is to cut them off. There are products available that will seal the ends of your hair, but it is only a temporary fix.
Sorry.

Bonacure Repair Sealed Ends by Schwarzkopf- you can find it on line, and at salons.

Saved my hair! My hair dresser had me use it one time, and I loved it. Cost me $16, but you use the size of a pea.

Will never style without it again, split ends or no split ends!
