I like to make casseroles for potlucks

BISQUICK QUICHE

1-2 c. fillings of your choice (example broccoli, mushrooms, etc.)
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease 10" pie plate or 8" square.

3. Sprinkle fillings, onions and cheese in plate.

4. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into plate.

5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean.

6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

BISQUICK APPLE DESSERT

1 qt. sliced apples or other fruit
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk

Put apples in a baking dish or pan. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg and put over apples and dot with the butter. Mix the Bisquick with the milk and pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2-3/4 hour until Bisquick is brown. Serve with milk or ice cream.

i've always had trouble using bisquick for anything but pancakes and biscuits. but if you can get the casserole to turn out well, more power to you.

I think on the box there is an address for comments and suggestions. You can request a cookbook from that site.Its not a big book but colorful and full of ideas.I have seen it at thrift stores.I buy alot of old recipe books from thrift shops and garage sales.I had this one but lost alot of my collection to Katrina.

Call or e-mail General Mills the manufacturer of Biquick. Here's an old 800 nuber. May have been changed. 1-800-336-9331. I called them years ago and they sent me a nice little spiral-bound cookbook.

Try making chocolate chip cookies with bisquick, just dont use any salt, it will taste too salty and ruin them.
