Unfortunately you're right - religions are personal - but faith in Jesus Christ is not a religion - it is a relationship that is not only personal but is to be shared - by our way of living, by our witness. We are not to judge but be examples. We are to speak the truth even if you perceive it as judging or questioning your religion. Religion is not what people need - people have souls and souls long for Jesus Christ - he is the only one who can fill them. That's the truth he set forth from the beginning.

As this is a Religion and Spirituality Forum we are supposed to ask honest and polite questions about each others religions or seek out answers from those who belong to our faith and ask questions from them.
This is my impression anyway.

Because in God's word it says we are to all be of one mind & heart in Jesus!
If you are not following what Jesus says to do in the word, you are not being a christian & you are not one with the saviour or His flock.
Our relationship with Jesus & God is personal to each of us,but not to the point of making our own religion!
Jesus made the church, that is why it is called The Church of Christ.

What gives you the right to question us?
The point here is not to attack you, but to point out that when someone believes something (such as you believing all religions are found in the self, thus no one should question), they defend their belief.
The answer was found in your question...

well try the pope, he sure would question ya, and likely put the fire to your feet, religion is seldom personal, if it was there wouldnt be churches and heirarchy and all that rot, no money, no gold doo dads, and wow, that would take the wind out of their sails wouldnt it.
