The First Death:
Hell is located in the lower part of the Earth.
(Eph 4:9)
The earth’s crust on average 50 miles thick but,
on the ocean floor are less than a mile thick.
Below the Earth's crust the internal earth is made up of molten rock,
everlasting unquenchable fire, and brimstone (sulfur).
The Bible states Hell is a place of outer darkness,
filled with intense fire from burning gases and brimstone (Sulfur) in the
lower part of Earth. A holding place for the evil who have chosen to be
separated from God. Hell, sometimes referred to as the pit, is considered to
be the first death. Then Jesus will judge the dead according to their works,
and send them to their second death for eternity. The Lake of Fire is
considered the second death.
(2Pe 2:4; Rev 19:20; 20:13-15)
Hell the fire pit has been made deep and wide, where the fire never goes out. Hell is located deep in the earth, referred to as a pit a place of outer darkness. Hell is filled with fire, extreme heat, and with evil angels in gloomy dungeons being held for judgment. Hell contains streams of brimstone, fire and dungeons. Hell is called a place of physical dying, a place of condemnation.
(Job 33:24; Isa 1:31; 5:14; 30:33; 31:33; 34:10; Ps 63:9; Eze32:18; Ps 63:9;
2Pe 2:4; Mt 8:12; 9:43; 13:42; 22:13; 23:33; 25:30; Lk 16:23,24; Rev 1:18; 20:13)
"There is no peace," says the Lord, "for the wicked."
(Isa 48:22; 57:21)
For the wicked are like the tossing sea, which cannot rest.
(Isa 57:20)

Not sure exactly. But, I think hell is everywhere. It's sorta like a layer to the world we see only, horrible like, deep within us we all have our own personal hells.

Hell is not a physical place that can be reached through navigation of this spatial dimension. The first answer is really incorrect.

Actually Hell in the Bible is shown to be the common grave of mankind. A covering over. Sheol...... Where we go when our body dies. We await the Resurrection....

I find it odd that everyone is obsessed with Hell. I think it's a scare tactic to get people to behave civilly. Just live a good life(and stop telling me I'm going to burn there).

christians take the bible so literally, its odd.
the real answer is that hell is not a place. it is more of a spiritual state. and it was never meant to be eternal.
