If it's because of moisture, put a medicated powder like Gold Bond on it.

If it's because it's too dry, use a cream like Cotisone and an antibiotic.

Rule of thumb with chaffing: If it gets moist, keep it dry. If it gets too dry, moisturize.

hydro cortisone cream, let it get air.
During the day wear loose cotton yoga type pants.
