I was downloaded a video clip from internet and i copied into CD and try to play it on VCD player but it wasn't. Coz the file i have downloaded was windows media player. VCD player normaly reads only .DAT file. Can anybody tell me how can i convert the Windows media files into .DAT File

You need to burn it to the CD in VCD format, not as data.

Most of the CD writing applications nowadays support VCD creation. Check the help file of your recorder application to find out about VCD burning.

You must burn your CD as VCD files, not as data files, because it make any folder that your VCD player needs.
