They feel pressure to reassure their man that they are sexually satisfied. Because of physiology, men don't really relate well to why and how women can have a rewarding sexual experience without an orgasm, so sometimes it's easier just to pretend that they do. If men understood that an orgasm is preferred but not essential for a woman, there might not be so much pressure to lie.

It's hard for women to orgasm during sex all the time or even most of the time. So, it comes down to seeming easy to fake it and make the guy think you had one so that he'd give up feeling satisfied rather than feeling like a failure and making the girl keep trying while she knows it won't happen. It saves time and face for both sexes. Or just the girl literally.

I can only tell u the reasons why ive faked them.. 1. to hurry the process along because im bored.. or 2. no matter what he's doing (everything right) its just not happening for me for one reason or another, and i dont want to hurt his feeling by making him feel inadequate so i fake it..

I guess if the guys a lousey lover and ya don't want to hurt his feelings and ya can't tell him and ya wanna get it over with real fast, then I guess.

So they won't hurt their men's feelings. Coaching or constructive criticism would be better than deception.
