For Christians Love is everything. I understand that the reason why we do things is because our Love and its opposites but I think you will lose the other points. God is not only love. God can also hate the sinners, disobedient, the hypocrites, idol worshippers, if they do not stop and repent. God also can punish you and take you to account. Look at the innocent people's (children) lives that were taken without a just cause and got away with it. God will put those people to account for their actions no matter what they BELIEVE. Love is not everything and this temporary life is not only about love. So wake up and stop relying on someone else 'loving you' and dying for your sins.

So God loves the person who molest children...NO I don't think so...How about the serial rapist or murder...NOPE they are sinners to the max and God hates them if they don't stop and repent.

Gosh, you're right! What am I doing, loving people and believing in the power of love?!? I should just hate everyone! What a brilliant idea!
Or is it?
Wait a second, relying on someone DOESN'T make you weak! It actually requires quite a bit of strength to have faith while living in a world that continually tries to break you. So, all in all, I think I'll keep loving. It makes me stronger.
Give me a thumbs-down if you like. It doesn't change my opinion. I have faith, and you can't damage that.

Everyone is a sinner - everyone belongs on the "hated by God" list.
Fortunately for all of us, God does not have any such list. And if God does not have such a list, why should any of us? Sure, there are people who do terrible things - far more terrible by our standards than the rest of us. And yet if we do not have the capacity for forgiveness and reconciliation for these miserable souls, then why should we expect to be treated any differently by God himself?
I try to forgive because God has set the gold standard for forgiveness, and I want to try my best to live up to his standard. I also do so with what others have called a "holy terror" - the recognition that there, but for the grace of God, go I.

God has no hate, only love for ALL sinners. Hate is a sin. Sin can not be in the presence of God. Yes God does punish, but it is out of love just as you would punish your child out of love. We are punished so we can see the errors of our ways and then He guides us to a path leading to Him. God states to love one another,as He loves us, this is the greatest of the Commandments

though i agree with some of your points, I disagree with the majority of it. the bible clearly states that Gods most defining characteristic is his Love. he does not hate anyone. he hates sin, and ultimately if a person dies in thier sin they go to the place of punishment prepared not for human beings but for satan and his angels. of course if for example i love something i have to hate something else, likewise God hates and cannot look at evil.God loves human beings more than anything and longs for a relationship with us. however he wont force that love on us. those who say that God will let everyone into heaven because of his love are decieved. would you expect a judge to let a murderer off because he is a nice judge?.....no way, its the same with God, every single sin has to be paid for, either by Jesus on the cross, or by us in the Lake of fire. follow christ today
by the way God does love the rapist, child molester whatever. lets remember. all sin is SIN and even 1 lie is enough to send you to hell. so if God hates the child rapist, he also hates you for the lie you told, or the porn you viewed, or the tests you cheated on. but thank God it is not so and Christ died for all sin on the cross, it is simply a matter of who will accept his payment for our sins

It's sad that you feel that way because God does love you and die for ur sins. God is love and is not the blame for life's woes especially yours and others. If you are hurting, allow believers to love you and share God's love with you instead of spreading doubt and hate.
