Well try this simple tip-
wash your hair with mild shampoo and while still lil wet(not dripping with water ofcourse) apply oil to ur scalp leave it on for 10 mins and lightly comb thru ur hair...
if your hair is dry - mix equal quantities of olive, almond and coconut oil n apply
if your hair is oily - plain coconut oil
if have dandruff - use anti dandruff shampoo to cleanse your hair first before applying oil, make sure u dont use any olive or almond
just plain coconut oil helps

trust me this really helps
you can wash ur hair overnight apply oil and wash hair the next day(morning)
but make sure u dont apply oil on greasy hair n try shampooing
it doesnt help infact harms much
if this still doesnt work then its time you visit your nearest
trichologist or dermatologist
also your hormone level check up will help u to correct the problem....(if its hereditary or related to hormone imbalance)

Hair fall is a hereditary problem too. If it so in your case then I don't think you can do much about it. Yes you can reduce the rate of hair fall by not using any oil or other lotions. Wash your hair regularly with a mild soap or shampoo. Eat a balanced and nutritious diet. Do Sheersasana (yoga). This is what in english you call headstand. Any good yoga teacher can teach you this asana. It is very good for making your hair healthy. Last but not the least, stop worrying. This will help you the most.

Take vitamins, maybe you need to increase your iron intake. Take a multivitamin and one of those fish oil tablets. If you don't want the fish oil with the Omega-3s then take flaxseed oil. Your skin and hair will take on a better texture - but not right away - it will take some time. Are you stressed? That also has a factor. Try releasing your stress by exercise. It could also be a change in diet - that is a huge factor. If the hair loss is excessive I suggest seeing your doctor - and they will recommend you to a dermatologist who can prescribe a steroid solution that you put on your hair - which stimulates your scalp to produce more hair. I know that you said no more chemicals but honestly - it can help. I wish you luck - I know it can be stressful.

Eat protein. Your hair needs nutrients from your body. Extra vit. E is also good. You can take a vitamin supplement, or buy the oil. If you have a color on there, it could be damage, and be breaking off. If you are losing it from the scalp, it's possibly due to medication, etc. What you put in your body comes out thru your hair.

If you are losing hair, try to keep your scalp as clean as possible by frequently washing your scalp. Avoid harsh shampoos, emotional stress and anxiety. Drink plenty of water. Foods which are rich in zinc, vitamin A, vitamin C, protein, calcium and iron are particularly necessary in your diet as iron deficiency or lack of protein can also trigger hair loss. Which means you will benefit from eating a combination of foods. Protein rich foods include beans, pulses, milk, cheese, cottage cheese (or paneer), curds, buttermilk or lassi, soyabeans, seafood, eggs, meat. Include green leafy vegetables like spinach, methi (fenugreek), chauli leaves and other vegetables like carrots and so on. Consuming nuts is also very beneficial. Fresh fruits like papaya, guava, mangoes and citrus fruits like oranges, lemons are very good.
Rapid weight loss, severe dandruff, serious illnesses like post-surgery are conditions which can trigger hair fall as well. Hence, make sure you eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water and try some of these simple handy home remedies particularly to keep your scalp clean and free from dandruff:
1. Dissolve 2 aspirins in any anti-dandruff shampoo, lightly massage into scalp and wash your hair. This really works I have tried it myself J This is particularly helpful if you have hair fall due to dandruff.
2. Massage some aloe vera gel into your scalp. Leave it on for half an hour. Rinse with warm water. Repeat this procedure three times a week.
3. Hot oil therapy is another method to cure dandruff. Massage hot oil into the scalp at bedtime. You could use coconut oil or even almond oil. Next morning an hour before bath, rub lemon juice mixed with cosmetic vinegar (mix 1:2 ratio) into the scalp. Give the hair a good wash with an egg shampoo.
4. Use almond oil to massage your scalp. Dip a towel in hot water, squeeze lightly and wrap it around the hair. Repeat this thrice or four times until the towel becomes cold.
5. You could make a homemade shampoo by mixing shikakai, reetha and 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry). Boil this in two litres of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for one month. Dandruff will vanish and your hair will become thick.
6. Mix cosmetic vinegar (2 tablespoons) into hot water (6 tablespoons). Dip cotton and dab into the scalp. Part the hair with a comb as you apply all over the scalp. This should be preferably done at bed time. To avoid staining the pillow, you can tie a scarf over your hair. Wash off your hair next morning with shampoo. After the hair is thoroughly cleansed pour over as a last rinse a mixture of three tablespoons of cosmetic vinegar and one cup of hot water. Then dry the hair thoroughly. You can do this two times a week for 3 months.

If you are a male ...your outta luck honey! Not really! but maybe. Stress is the number one factor in hair falling out..suddenly. You have to fix it from the inside. Vitamins...b12, complex. etc.

If it's stress then try something...get rid of him! haha! no! Seriously, try some Yoga, essential oils for stress, Lavender oil is wonderful for stress. Relax and enjoy life most of all.
