NO, not enough.
Not sure what you mean by small doze, but I would recommend at least 3 pints of beer daily. Beer is also an excellent substitute for food.

It's indeed said that a bit of wine a day is good, but I've heard that even beer is a good thing. Helps with the digesting of the food.

Sure... anything in small doses is not bad... I wish I would have learned that before ingesting a 30 pack of Milwaukees Best on a daily basis!

A small dose WILL make you doze. Sorry, wish it were so but no it is empty calories with an alcohol chaser. Have you hugged your liver today?

Not at all. Totally removing beer and any alcoholic beverage from your diet is the best for your health.
