anyway, IMHO, the best college depends on the field of studies. no college in the world is the best for everything. even university. do you think Universiti Malaya is still the best university in Malaysia or it is living in its name only? University Malaya for example, no doubt about it, is still the best for social science studies but other fields, a big question mark. well anyway, the best college in Malaysia is not the correct question here. is better to ask the best college for a specific major of studies. well here are my list which includes university college...
-> best IT college would be APIIT
-> best engineering college would be INTI
-> best design college would be OneAcademy
-> best business college would be Taylor
-> best creative media college would be LUCT
-> best early child related studies college would be SEGi
-> best America University transfer college would be INTI
-> best Australia University transfer college would be Metropolitan

Nowadays, education has become very competitive.
Need to define what is best... is it award winning (which bench marking), population, affordability, twinning with prestigious overseas universities, etc
