I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

No, in-fact more you had farting , more you gain weight because when you fart , your body released the heat inside your body and more heat of your body gone your body can not burn your calorie inside your body , inside your body those calorie become fat .

Actually, I guess that the gas you have in your stomach weighs. So, when you fart, it goes out and you weigh less. Does that make any sense?

i don't think so.Actually if you fart a lot it means you are having problem of hyper acidity u need to consult a doc.

No unless it has pooo and repeatedly having that will dehydrate u. less body water, less weight but bad

Probably not, but please don't fart in public unless no one is around you. I hate walking through a space filled with fart.
