i am not sure if this is possible. Is there a simple home made photoelectric cells

here you go nice and easy, i tried the copper thing, its lame but it works, then one made out of blackberries,cmon? they show you how below at one of the links

No. I made some in college. You start with a silicon wafer then dope the whole wafer. Then dope it again with the opposite doping material. This was done in special ovens with tanks of gas. Then aluminum plate the wafer so that you can make contacts. It worked, but not very well.
