Anger is pain turned inside out-you need to get to the root of the anger and learn to talk about it (usually some kind of abuse)- You can if you wanna, before you kill your self with type A personality or someone else-Anger really takes its toll on the body- from high B/P to heart attacts to strokes . It's alot easier to explore your past then to let someone wipe your butt for the rest of your life

well aholes as you put it will always be there in one form or another, thats for damn sure. I'm not sure that anger management would really change me..... I sometimes think that I hate people. It would be great to move to the middle of nowhere.
Do you know where that is? would you be happy there?

take anger managment class....unless you want to be all lonely in the middle of nowhere..or you could live with Santa...and if you do decide to go to the north pole, tell him I said hi (j/k) ; )
