Why are other nations always going to war with us? Because people always find some reason to disagree with some one else and no one can just let it go at that. That doesn't mean I have anything against this war...many of my loved ones are fighting it right now and I will join them soon. I just wonder why people can't just live and let live.

Perhaps you should rethink your use of the phrase, "going to war".

Also, you should realize that the U.S. is one of the few countries in the world willing to commit troops to face terrorism, crush oppression, and secure the global community. If other countries (hint, hint France) were more capable and willing, you wouldn't only see the U.S. face on things...

But I see where you're coming from. Like I said, though, the main problem is that it's hard to find good help from those who have trouble putting their military where their mouth is. Look at the recent scuffle between Israel and Hezbollah. France was one of the first to get involved in negotiations for a cease-fire. They were talking to Hezbollah on their own without our presence or Israel's. As soon as a cease-fire resolution passes in the U.N., France now hesitates to follow through with support by sending troops.

Finally, after more than a week do they announce that they'll be sending a stronger force (a whopping 400 troops), which is still less than adequate. Don't you also get the feeling that there's more going on in the background that we're not seeing? I suspect countries like Russia, France, and Italy are trying to shore up and secure economic ties with Middle Eastern countries that the West has abandoned, but at the same time try to look like they're doing the right thing...
