I live in Sherman Oaks, CA and am looking for a new Pug puppy. I am trying to find a new pup from a respectable breeder. Traveling a bit is not too much of an issue. Within 60ish miles would be great, but a bit futher would be considered. Within the L.A., San Fernando Valley area would be even better!!!! :) Any help or suggestions would be great.

I would suggest you to ask your veterinarian because they most likely will have some information on respectable pug breeders in your area.If that don't work go to the reg.site of pugs and they will have a list of breeders in your area. Hope I was of some help to you...

With the recent passing of the MSN law you might have a tough time finding a puppy. I think once it really hits home with LA county residents your only choice will be to go out of state or buy one of those poor sickly smuggled Mexican puppies.

Dog lovers in California should have been fighting the animal rights lunatics and not allowed such a nasty law to have passed in the first place.

I would go to your local dog shelter or dog pound...rescuing a dog is better then looking for a breeder and buying one for more money.Good luck
