What are you talking about? Football, Hamburgers and fries, race car driving, Hot dogs, Holly wood, Farming, surfing, I could go on and on. America has culture. When people live here and have kids every generation becomes more American cause that's how they are raised and that's what they're around. Assimalation is a natural process That just happens naturally without even really noticing it or thinking about it every generation becomes more and more American.... What's so wrong about that? Plenty of us Do have a culture we were raised in. There are many Irish Americans that are extremely Irish, and Polish Americans and Scandanavian Americans and Celtic Americans who all have their own distinct festivals and little communities all over this country. Just because you don't know about them doesn't mean they aren't there. The people of those heritages know about them and may live in vibrant ethnic communities too and have festivals, foods and organizations. Go to an Octoberfest, a Highland games, a Catholic Church in an Irish neighborhood or a Finnish summer festival in Minnesota and you will see them!

America has the heritage and culture of everyone who lives here (legally or illegally). Only the native americans have original heritage and culture in North America, everything else (holidays, food, manner of dress, languages, etc.) were brought by people who came to live and work in America. Oh, by the way, the hamburger was originally created in the United States.

1. Even as a minority here, you call them "Mexican American" or "Chinese American" Dont call Americans white as they dont make up 100% of all Americans.

2. I dont see people attacking each other here in America for their culture. In fact, I like eating sushi, playing table tennis/badminton etc.

3. Not that there is no culture but we're almost 300 years old....you try developing a complex culture here.

4. I do see culture here; baseball, football, pizza, hamburgers...even if we didnt invent it, we popularized it.

5. Not everyone here likes to go to war; there are many people with different ideologies. Im not going around calling all middle-eastern people terrorists so dont go around calling us all war-mongers.

Its because America was founded on the idea of having everyone's culture. If that's bad to you then you don't have to live here. I'm not forcing you to leave or anything. It's an opinion matter and I'm happy that I can eat Mexican, Japanese, Greek, Italian, etc... food. Also that my friends are of so many different ethnicities. I'm damn proud of it.
