Just use the stuff you got in front of you and try to be creative about. You don't really need money to have a good time on dates use the places you like and make it romantic.

Well, don't know if your a man or woman
For guys, surprise your lady with fresh flowers, a small gift that would mean alot to her, take her out to dinner, a picnic in the park, take her on a cruise, go dancing...
For woman, make a candlelight dinner with homecooked meal, give your man a massage, buy him a gift certificate to play golf or something he likes.
