Take a break man, get your life situated then jump back into the dating game. Whenever your ready, it's your decision. I like to take the little break and not put anyone in the rebound situation.

I would for sure take a break. If you start seeing someone else right away then you may not be giving the new person in your life a fair chance because the break up is so fresh and all the bad qualities you are getting away from are going to be fresh in your mind and you'll be look for things in the new person to besure they aren't like the old and if the two have one like bad quality then he too would not have a chance because you will run fast to get away. So I would say take a break enjoy some quality time with family and friends. You never know what will come when you least expect it. Good Luck.

I think you should spend some time to clear up your head. Learn from the past relationship so that you have a better picture of what you want from a relationship before jumping into another one.

Give yourself some time to just be with yourself for a change. Reflect on what you learned from the relationship. Spend time with friends, family, do things you enjoy.

Take a break. Get your life in perspective, really think about what you want in a partner. Search yourself and take time to heal

IT REALLY DEPEND ON THE PEOPLE, SOME CAN GET BAC
IN THE GAME RIGHT AWAY, SOME OTHER IT DOES TAKE
TIME, BUT MY ADVICE IS TO GET YOUR SELF TOGETHER
SO THAT THE NEXT TIME AROUND IT BE MUCH BETTER,
YOU KNOW BEING ON THE REBOUND IS NOT GOOD FOR
ANYONE.

well if you find that your ready then go right ahead. But may I ask how long was the relationship? Cause it could have been a 10 year relationship but if you were miserable, than get over her/him they didn't even appreciate you to let you go just like that.
