Hello dear,as you know our skin and hair is a "mirror" of our health and major processes in our body. So the care must come from within first and then to apply something on your hair and scalp as a main additional solution, when you have those problems. First, don't panic, there are lots of remedies and sources which can help you get rid of the problem. I strongly suggest you to seek for Pantogar ( a special capsules, rich in all needed substances for great hair, damaged, thinning and falling) ,another good remedy is called Revalid ( both you can find at every pharmacy) and really do work. Eat healthy food, with plenty of veggies and fruits, nuts, yogurt (which contains vital probiotics etc) and drink much pure water. You can add to those combined products also anti-oxidant formula, which would "boost" the effect, that is Vitamin A ( as beta-caroten),Vitamin E,C and Selenium. As a topical solution the best you can try is the medico-cosmetical brand Phyto, especially their special shampoo for your problems called Phytocyane and also 2 times a week apply on the scalp their anti-hair-loss ampules with the same name. Wish you luck!

If your hair is just breaking off, then it's probably heat damage so go to a salon and have them give you a special conditioning treatment and limit the amount of heat (from curling or flat iron, blow dryer) you apply on your hair. If your hair is falling out by its roots, you should go see a doctor because clumps of it falling off could be a sign of a health problem. You might get better answers if you tell us more about how your hair started falling off (like if you bleached your hair beforehand, you tried some new diet, etc).

Before taking any medicines I would try natural homemade remedies like this for example:
"Yemeni med: Soak fenugreek (Hilba) in deep pot of water throughout the night. Massage the liquid into the scalp and wrap with a cloth for 3 hours. Repeat everyday for 1 month.
"
There are plenty more at:

Good luck

well It's called alopecia and there are different kinds of alopecia some forms your hair will grow back and another kind causes you to lose all body hair so go see your doctor because there are treatments for it if you wait you will end up with bald spots believe me I've had it and my hair is finally coming back or if you've had surgery sometimes the general anesthetic will cause that

Did you have anything done? Like coloring, bleaching, etc.? If not, see your doctor. They may want you to have some blood tests done. It could be anemia, for example, or you may have some thyroid problems. Before you get the results, take vitamins on daily basis.

thiss happend to me. but i had my hair relaxed and it made my hair fall out.
i actually asked my doctor and he said, just be gentle. try not to touch your hair alot and when you wash your hair, be really gentle. extrememly since thats where most people lose the most hair, is in the shower.
