I heard that in Europe, they drink beer at a warmer temperature. Not too warm, but certainly not ice cold like it is advertised here. I think that's interesting ,maybe it has more flavor that way.

I do, and the store is closed. That is why Japan is better, 24 hour Beer Vending Machines! and you can drink in public!
