i used to be 110 lbs. now just 100 lbs.i think im stressed.what should i do gain it back?

eat plenty of carbs and starch
but be sure to work out
turn the fat into muscles

No matter how stressed you are, if you eat more calories than you consume, you will gain weight--pure and simple. How do you know if you are eating enough calories? Just make sure that you eat enough so that you feel slightly uncomfortable when you're done. If you don't feel discomfort (i.e., feeling "stuffed", lazy, bloated, etc.) then you are eating just enough to maintain your current weight and not enough to gain it. And you should never feel hungry at any time throughout the day or night.
One word of caution, stick to nutritious, high-protein foods and limit sweets and "junk" foods, or the weight you gain will be mostly fat.

I've had this same problem lately. I've tried eating like 5 meals a day, plates full of bacon for snacks, ice cream for breakfast. The only thing that's helped is losing my job. In other words, you've got to get rid of the source of the stress!

you might want to find out what your BMI is that is Body-Mass Index... also, in case you wanted to know, I am 19 yrs old, 5'4", and 104 lbs.... I used to be 112 2 years ago. Doctor said I was normal as long as I don't get below 99 lbs.... Meanwhile, let me find a website for you to find out what your BMI is. Keep in mind adults and children have two different BMI charts!

Just eat more calories than you need per day...but don't just pig out on junk food. Lots of drinks are high in calories like Starbucks coffees.

Relax and maintain a balanced diet. If you lose weight with it. Don't increase your eating. That won't help you. You gotta find out what is stressing you and eliminate the stress.

Eat high calories low fat foods like banana,potatoes,egg.Do not insist on junk foods as they will make you fat
