its punjabi, and it is used to praise or encourage someone when he/she is abt to do something. its mostly guys who say this...

lol its punjabi, its annoying when people yell it out..usually they yell it out at parties. It just means "oye" is just away of gettin someones attention as in saying "yo"
"chuk de patte" means "pick up boards" when translated it sounds weird like "what the"
To translate it in english its" Yo, go crazy/nuts/crunk"
