I have this guy friend who i've been talking to online for almost 8 months. we are both asian and I THINK i loved him from the first time i saw him. We are really good friends right now and have a lot of things in common. As I talked with him more, then more i believe he is the right guy for me. I think he is the right husband too.(although i'm only 16..) But we live a little far away and go to different schools. We never talk about relationships and those topics.. I'm really open with him on talking about almost anything. If i find him attractive physically and mentally, is there a great possiblity that he feels the same way about me? I'm usually a picky person on liking people...and hadn't liked anyone in about 2 years...and now i just can't get him out of my mind. He is kinda shy about relationships i guess..so what should i do??? i don't want to ruin our friendship....

we never flirt or anything, if he doesn't feel the same way..what happens next? Oh and also...i'm a conservative person..meaning i've never agreed to date anyone or had any bfs...or kissed anyone..etc. I really want to wait untill i really really found the right guy...

okay, maybe i didn't make this clear..i said i've never dated anyone..and guys is not all i think about. It is actually the last think i worry about until i met him..actually until when i knew him well. I care about study more than anything..and he is one of the smartest asians i know..and VERY athletic...i tried to take my mind off him by practicing piano or study..but i just can't...because he gives me courage and "tries" to relief my stresses.

I would advise you to be cautious in broaching this subject. You must realize how uncomfortable you would make him if you told him how you are feeling and he doesn't share these feelings. It would almost certainly be the end of your friendship. Although it seems hard, I think the best thing you can do is wait for him to make the first move. This would be the more traditional approach and it may be that he feels more comfortable with this.
It is also possible that he doesn't think of you in this way at all. To him you may just be an online friend and nothing more. So, again, it is better to allow him to initiate anything further. At the moment, he is a valuable friend. Try to be satisfied with this.

16..........I don't understand why girls so young just want to think about guys all the time, It seems like the only life they have is about some guy. Why can't you have a life of your own first before you drag some poor guy down to pay child support while you sat around on welfare. Study art go on a trip with girl friends....do anything except boys
