clear hard bump that has been on my face for a while. about a year or so. no pain. just curious what it might be. thanks

may be angioedema, cyst is localized fluid filled,cavity,better to concerned one year is much more time, write sign and symptoms in detail if you are really interested in treatment and diagnosis.

Meet a dermatologist....could be anything. From different tumours to cysts to plain acne....
Difficult to comment without proper description.

Could be a cyst.Is it crusted or do you notice it getting bigger?could be Skin Cancer (well i hope not). Any growth that will last that long is not normal. You should see a dermatologist now just to be sure. Hope this helps. God bless!
