we have been emailing and the last one he said he wrote talk to you soon. does he mean he will email me again once he gets settled into his new place?
and what is a good way to ask him out?

It is really hard to tell if he will email you again or not.Since he said talk to you soon,i would think that he will be in touch when he gets settled in.With the way that things are going this day and time,the best way to ask him out is to just come right out and ask him if he would like to catch a movie or go out for dinner sometime.In the past,it was only right for the guy to make the first move but times have changed.Hee may be wondering the same but does not know how to ask you and you will never know if you do not try.

If he said " talk to you soon" means that yes, he will contact you when he gets settled in. You need to wait and let the man make the first move or he will think you are desperate...have patience girl...Also "talk to you soon "may mean he doesn't want to talk to you anymore and this is a nice way of letting you go....some men can't tell it like it is....only you would know what that means from your conversations...

I would suspect that is what he meant.
Personally I would not ask him out. I would ask him to meet you in a very public place for coffee or a drink. Coffee offers you flexibility. If you meet and don't see potential you can part ways after 20 or 30 minutes. If you are enjoying yourselves it can be extended on to a couple of hours.

I got to say I do know someone who lost a cousin from on line dating. So be careful. I also met a guy on line and he turned out to be the coolest guy that I have ever met. So if you really are interested I would do some research on this guy first. Then if everything checks out, just ask him to meet you some where.

if your friend is as into you as you are to him, and just not being a fake like some people online yes he will email you again.
asking him out. I would be leary of it before you get to know him atleast a couple more months. beware of the people you find on the net. If they sound to good to be true then their probably not.

the only way you'll know what he meant is to ask him about it. as far as asking him out. guys like gurls (and vice versa) that can be honest and straight forward w/out scarring them away. Just tell him how you feel but let him know that if that isnt what he wants then you will continue to be friends w/ him (if you think thats possible)

Yes, it sounds like to me that he will contact you when he gets a chance. As far as asking him out - just be straight-forward with him. tell him you enjoy him and would like to meet and spend some time together.
