I'm going for laughter: most of the time. Think of spontaneous laughter-you see something funny, and you laugh. Then you feel good for having laughed. Lots of times laughing can change your whole day! Even if you didn't start out feeling good.

Feeling good has to happen first!
I used to chug down a 6 pack of beer everyday after work while watching Seinfeld and the Frasier - and be laughing my *** off. These were two sitcoms that I rarely ever watched..and when I did happen to watch them - sober, I couldn't find anything all that funny.
Not saying you need alcohol to feel good in order to laugh...but already feeling good promotes laughter. Its rare that I would laugh at anything if I felt sad/depressed.

Laughter, because you can be pissed off about something at times and still laugh,. Then you'll start feeling good.

You have to feel good and then laugh. If you simply laugh and then feel good about it.....then put yourself in a mental hospital.
