i do!! i grind my teeth at night, and i talked to my dentist about it and he suggested that i get a bite splint to wear at night that will prevent me from grinding and clenching my teeth. he also said that it was stress related and sometimes people can clench their teeth in the daytime and not even realize it.

Grinding your teeth while your sleeping (bruxism) is usually caused by stress/anxiety. Go to your dentist and ask if you should get a mouth guard to prevent you from grinding ur teeth. there's no actual way to cure it though.

I used to have that problem and the doctor told me to just tell myself not to grind my teeth before I went to bed and really concentrate on that idea, and it worked within a week.

I don't think there is a way to "cure it" but there is an insert you can have to put in your mouth to keep your teeth from touching, if it bothers you, you may want to invest it that :)

Probably stress. You could try to control the stress, or talk to your dentist. (s)he can fit you for a mouthpiece that will lessen the stress on your jaw and the damage to your teeth.

It's pretty common... I did it because my wisdom teeth were trying to come in but they were impacted. People can also do this because of stress and such.
