If you get a student loan to pay off your debts, you will still need to pay off your student loans. You need to go to the financial aide office at your school and talk to them. You really need to stop living on credit. My advice to you is go to school part time and get a fulltime job to start paying off your debts.

Have you tried applying for financial aid? If your parents went bankrupt and/or they aren't making very much, you should be able to get some grants from the state and/or the federal government. Maybe even your college, but I doubt it if it's a community college.

Scholarships work too :)

First fill out FAFSA online. Then go to your college or University and they will put together a package for you. They have great resources available and are familiar with this problem as most of us students are in the same poor, ramshackle boat.
