OOEY GOOEY BUTTER CAKE
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
TOPPING:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
16 oz. confectioner's sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all cake ingredients together and spread into a 9"x13" baking pan. Mixture will be stiff. Mix together all topping ingredients and pour over batter. Bake 40 minutes then allow to cool before cutting into squares. DO NOT prepare cake by the box directions.



Brudgies
12 oz semisweet chocolate
5 Tbsp butter
1 can sweet condensed milk
1 cup self rising flour
1 tsp. of vanilla
up to 1 cup of chopped pecans (optional)

Melt butter and chocolate together. Add milk and stir. Add rest of ingredients. Drop by teaspoon size on to greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes or right as they are falling. (This is the tricky part. Be sure not to overbake.)


Layered Ice Cream Dessert
1st layer - ice cream sandwiches
2nd layer - pour caramel ice cream syrup
3rd layer - ice cream sandwiches
4th layer - more ice cream syrup
5th layer - whipped topping
6th layer - crushed Skor or Heath candy bars

In a 9x13x2-inch pan, layer all ingredients in the order given. Freeze till ready to serve.



ROCKY ROAD COOKIE BARS
1pkg chocolate chip cookie dough
1/2 cup salted peanuts
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup warmed caramel ice cream topping.

Heat oven to 350 and press chocolate chip cookie dough into a ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Top with 1/2 cup salted peanuts. 1cup miniature marshmallows and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned: cool and drizzle with 1/3 cup caramel topping. Cut into bars.

Easy Key Lime Pie
1 pre-made Graham Cracker or Shortbread Crust
14 oz can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk (store brand is fine too)
12 oz container Cool Whip
1/3 c. Key Lime Juice

MIx condensed milk and Key lime juice together in a bowl. Fold in Cool Whip until will mixed. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 2 hours or longer.


EVERYTHING COOKIES
1 C. margarine
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. white sugar
3 eggs
1 C. peanut butter
1 C. coconut
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. flour
1 T. baking soda
1 C. oatmeal
1 C. raisins
1 C. pecans

Preheat oven to 350° F. Beat margarine, both sugars, eggs, and peanut butter until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Makes 9 dozen.

Chocolate crackles is really easy to make and you don't need to put them in the oven, so you wont have to worry about that. It also involves basic ingredients such as rice bubbles, butter, sugar and cocco. you could also try your local library for kids cook books which include recepies like choclate chip cookies. This is a 3 ingredient recepie for chocolate chip shortbread but may require some help.
Chocolate Crackes:
What you need:
4 cups Rice Bubbles
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
250 grams copha
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
24 patty pans

3 Quick and Easy Steps:
1. Mix Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, cocoa and desiccated
coconut in a large bowl.
2. Slowly melt copha in a saucepan, allow to cool
slightly, then gently stir into other ingredients.
3. Using 2 teaspoons, spoon the mixture into 24
patty pans. Place each chocolate crackle on a tray
and refrigerate till all is firm.

Brownies--4 sqaures of unsweetened chocolate, 1 1/2 sticks butter, 2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 eggs, 1 cup flour. Preheat oven to 350 and grease an oblong cake pan. Melt choc and butter for 1min 45sec to 2 min in the micro. Remove from micro and stir til choc is melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well (hand mixing is best). Stir in flour and mix well. Pour into greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Variations: Add 1 cup of chopped nuts or choc chips along with flour. If you lose this recipe, its on the back of a Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate package.

a cookie pizza.

any kind of cookie dough mix. put the mix on a pizza pan ( the circle one ) bake for how ever long it says. use choc syrup ( or something to that ) as the sauce. for the toppings use crushed cookies, marshmallows, m&m's what ever goodies you would like. and to top it off put wipped cream on it. put it in the refridgator for about 30 mins and you have a cookie pizza.

make again but this time make with coco crispty


and stack this one on top of the one you already put in a pan.

My 11 year old son's favorite pie to make is a no bake chocolate pie.
Ingredients:
1 large Hershey Candy Bar (with or without nuts)
1 8oz. container cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
melt the candy bar (I use the microwave) for about 1 minute
after it is melted add it to the bowl of cool whip
mix together quickly and pour into pie crust.
let chill for about 1 hour
cut and serve
( you can try it with several different candy bars)

Peanut clusters work well.Just buy some chocolate chips and some peanuts (salted or unsalted)choose whatever way you want to melt the chips and add some peanuts and all you do is scoop them out on some parchment paper and throw them in the freezer!

One of my daughter's favorite easy things to make is:
a purchased or make your own graham cracker crust. Fill with a can of cherry pie filling and top with whip cream.

Another easy idea is to buy apple pie filling and top it with a good quality granola--viola, an easy apple crisp!

Bake a white cake (box) and poke holes in it, then mix a can of condensed milk with a bowl of cool whip. pour on top of cake and then sprinkle with chopped pecans and chocolate chips

PUMPKIN PIE:
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree, canned or fresh
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inch)
Combine sugar, salt, and spices in a large mixing bowl. Add pumpkin, evaporated milk, and eggs; mix well. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes or until center is set.

APPLE CRISP:
4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup butter
Wash, peel, core and slice apples, toss apple slices in a bowl with lemon juice to prevent darkening. Arrange apple slices in a buttered baking dish. In a bowl, combine cinnamon, salt and water. Sprinkle mixture over apple slices. In another bowl combine sugar, flour and oatmeal. Cut butter into dry ingredients. Spread crumb mixture over apple slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned. Serve warm.

GOODIE BARS:
1/4 stick butter - melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 can condensed milk
Melt butter and mix with graham cracker crumbs; press into ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Spread coconut , then chips, then walnuts. Pour condensed milk on top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.

JAM BARS:
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 egg
3/4 cup jam or preserves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Sift together flour and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl cream butter, sugar and almond extract. Beat in egg thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients to butter mixture and stir to blend. Spread a little less than half the dough into a greased baking pan
(about 11 x 7 x 2 in.) In a small bowl, mix jam with cinnamon and ground cloves. Spread over dough. Drop remaining dough in blobs over jam; spread carefully with small spatula. Bake in hot oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Put on rack to cool; cut into squares.
