hey everyone i want to train to become a shaman or a druid where do i start

You can start by not using that god awful LOL everyone is using.
I mean seriously, how can your question come remotely close to being a valid question if it has LOL at the end. You make it sound like you are not serious. If your not serious about the question your not serious about becoming a shaman or a druid.

Just start looking at everything. As I understand it, a shaman is called to it, and to be called to something by powerful forces, one must quiet one's mind and lose one's ego. Lose the idea that YOU will become something and start searching for the infinite.
Failing that, you can usually find practicing druids in the SCA (Society for Creative Anachronism) . http://www.sca.org . It is a medieval recreation organization founded in 1969, and it has many branches throughout the world. Just don't ask the first knight or lady you meet; some of them are devout Christians and there are some SCA'ers who have no sense of humor whatsoever. You'll find all kinds, but here is where you might look for druids that'll admit they're druids and be well disposed towards helping you swell their ranks. You would have to watch, wait and learn- and practice good judgement.

Start at the bottom and work your way up.
I would contract a local pagan/wiccian or that ever they like
to call themselfs nowdays group and ask.

Jump off the roof, crotch first, onto a fence. Before passing out from the pain say, "I feel pretty." as many times as you can. If you can get over 30 before you pass out, you're well on your way.
