I'm thinking about starting up homeschooling again but I have no idea how to start up again. If anyone could tell me good websites where I can find good homeschooling products or curriculums that would be great because right now i'm not really sure what to do. I'm in 11th grade now and i'm planning on taking a few advanced placement classes (AP english, AP american history, and AP chemistry). Also if possible I would like it to have something with journalism but if not, i'll live. Thanks to anyone that can help.

hope these helps, these are the two i have used but there are many to chose from, last year after Hurricane Katrina I even used the internet for schooling since it was so hard to find resources with everything so messed up down here in Biloxi, the internet has tons of info and drills and printables but abeka has accredited curriculum for a $250 a year. Alpha Omega has curriculum for about the same price but they offer cd-rom coursews with daily lessons, test and record keeping all in one location, no books everything on your own computer, awesome!! this is what I'm using this year and it seems so easy, no worried just concentrating on teaching my children hope i was helpful good luck

It looks to me like you will need to focus your studies entirely on the AP courses. You won't have time for too much else.
Go to www.collegeboard.com and find out about getting the material that you will need to study in order to prepare for each exam.
Start early each morning with a good hearty breakfast -- sit down to your table and open up the books. It is always a good brain exercise to focus on math first and then progress into other areas each day. Spend at the very minimum 5-6 hours studying every day.
Read as much as you can from quality books -- mainly those within your academic interests.
Don't waste anymore time in online forums. The computer can be your friend and help you study but not if you are chatting. Stay away from the TV and video games and other fruitless pursuits.
I hope it goes well for you! The rewards you gain will be equal to the amount of studying you are willing to do.

For Math and Sciences I recommend Saxon. Their books are excellent. Simply request a placement test from Saxon so you know which book to start in. (see below) You can also investigate used-book stores close to colleges and Universities in your town. These always have used textbooks in all subjects, including those odd ones, like journalism, gender identity, photography and children literature.
Then find the used textbooks that interest you. Be sure that you have the basics covered, ie. foreign language for 1 year, American or British literature, economics and American government...the subjects that you would have needed to graduate! There are plenty of "great works" to read, the more you read, the better prepared you'll be. Get a decent grammar and writing style (MLA) handbook.
If you do not have a decent used book store, there are several websites with good used textbooks. see below:
