Fitzpatrick Manhatten and Fitzpatrick Grand Central. Very reasonable rates for Manhatten and got good reviews on tripadvisor.

The Renaissance Hotel in Times Square (714 Seventh Avenue at W. 48th Street). You'll be right in the heart of New York and close to everything including the subway (N and R lines at 48th).
