No. If you were involved in the case, you might be able to get the police report.

It a matter of Public Record, unless the records have been sealed by the courts.. You may have to go to the county in which the case was filed and in that court house get the information. Also, if the person is in prison, not sure this work if they out, you can search the State Department of Correction web-site using just their name. Usually you see a picture so you verify it the correct person and it give the length of sentence, when they can be paroled and what crimes they committed, past & present.
