Your height is dependent on your family history, age, and natural health.
Family history - if your mother/father were of moderate stature, small, or tall, you can usually calculate your height by the parent of your gender +/- 3 inches (this is commonly found, but does not pertain to everyone). If your grandparents or great grandparents were tall, you have a chance of becoming relatively near that height as well, depending on your hereditary patterns in your family.
Age - if you are a teen, you still have growing to do like many other teens. However, different people stop growing at different ages, but from what i can understand, most boys would stop growing from 17 years to about 21 years old. If you arent of that age or inbetween those ages, you must be patient. If you are older, then vitamins are the most reliable way to help grow stronger bones, but i'm not sure if you can still grow significantly.
Natural Health - your family history of height as well as your own health are very much related to one another. your dietary habits as well as physical health play the most important role in your growth. So, if you eat healthily, take vitamins, and exercise often (and in moderation), then your height should increase. Depending on how you ate/exercised as a child can also faulter or assist your growing as a young adult.

Depends on how tall your parents are and how old you are. If you start out in childhood getting plenty of sleep and eating right you will maximize your adult height without added drugs or extra growth hormone. But if your bones are already closing in on your adult height, there is nothing else you can do to grow taller and even drugs won't work.

you recognize what, I went in spite of the undeniable fact that a similar trauma. i had to realize a minimum of five'11 from 5'7. 2 years later, i'm nevertheless 5'7. you have a pair of thoughts: a million. Hormone treatments like Heightmax. those declare to artwork nicely with maximum human beings, yet I controlled to learn no longer something in one month of utilization. they say you like a minimum of like 6 months, yet that could in basic terms be a merchandising rip-off. I dont know, it rather is an indea. 2. Get super buff so human beings loose sight of the actuality which you're no longer the tallest fella. I did that somewhat. It facilitates with the laddies, and at the same time with your self self assurance. 3. Wait it out. you nevertheless have time to advance. Sleep plenty, play basketball, drink a lot of milk, and ofcourse, consume healthy. Heightmax demands for it rather is sufferers to do those issues at the same time as taking their 'suppliments' so I dont see why it rather is going to no longer help you even once you're no longer taking them.

You got what you were dealt. You might be young enough to get a growing spurt.

I believe that is physically impossible, unless you have one more growth spurt left in you. Why don't you just work with what you have, I am sure you look fine.
