because they are happy , because they have just felt something out of the monotonous life that lifted the heavyness from thier heart , they have just recieved that long awaited sms from thier best friend .thier mother or some relative just called up after a long time ,you just met somebody from your homeland in a far away land ,somebdy played a funny prank..........................................................
