You are definately a football player. You're oung, big, and strong, not to mention, willing to perform extraneous activities- even going up to 3500 calories.
Football wil most certainly do the trick. They will train you well enough to burn those calories and increase in strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health.
If it's not your sport,, then I reccomend doing a sport because exercises at such extremeties is not good at your age unless supervised by an expirienced professional. however you could combine weight training and aerobics such as running, jogging, hiking, biking, swimming...
but youu're 13, you definately don't want to stress yourself by burning 1000 a day unless it's at an athletic camp or fat camp.

I doubt the other poster who says you can burn 1000 calories an hour... but you can do a pretty good job in an hour and a half, if you're doing vigorous cardio. However, that presumes that at 5'6" and 203 pounds you can do pretty vigorous cardio. I think maybe that's pushing it a bit. I'd try to work my heart rate up to 130 if you can get it there (get a heart rate monitor; guessing doesn't help) over about 10 minutes, then try to keep it there for another hour, then let it slow down gradually the last 15 minutes or so.
Your best bet for losing weight is going to be adjusting what you eat -- primarily avoiding fat. That's hard to do, but one trick is to eat your veggies first, then fruit, then the protein, then the fat only if you must. That way, you're eating the stuff with low caloric density first, and it will fill you up faster.
You will need to reduce your portion sizes (trick: get smaller plates, or split your next restaurant meal with a friend), which is another good reason to eat more veggies -- so you're not hungry all the time!
You are doing well if you are strong -- keep it up, it's healthy to be strong, just make sure you mix cardio and strength.
good luck, your motivation means you are halfway there!
Peace

Low carbohydrate/low fat diets are excellent in losing weight pretty quickly --- (Greenwich Diet). You must have some carbs, but only complex carbs. Exercise: Spinning class, running burns the most calories. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, so therefore, a weight lifting program is in order. Low weight, lots of reps, at a fast pace --- Great for burning fat and toning.

a LOT. see, 3500 calories is supposed to be like, 1 week.
Do some stationary bikeing, slow for the first 10-15 mins, and then kick it up for the next 5-10 mins. slow as in heart rate around 18 beats in 10 seconds
