but i also have seen her and her boyfriend on the sea bus so for about 3 months we just look without speaking should i respect her relationship or should i step to her?

respect her relationship, if she wants you, she'll come to you. maybe you could try talking to her a little though, but don't come on to her too much or anything.

Respect the relationship. Because if you step to her and say she does get at you and she leaves her bf for you, more than likely, you wouldn't trust her in your relationship. You'd be wondering if she'd do the same thing to you if she was your girl.
